Journal: Read for 40 minutes and write 1-2 paragraphs about what you read. Log it in your reading logs. Parents/guardians please sign their logs.

Vocabulary: Workbook P. 20 (to do in their pink notebooks). Create index cards using our new vocabulary words. Write meanings on the back and the word in the front. TEST ON WEDNESDAY!

RED FOLDER: Parents/guardians please check your child's red folder, that is where we send home any important notices that require your prompt attention.

Please Return: The last page of the student/parent handbook asap!

2. Spelling: Write your spelling words 4x each. We will be having our first spelling test on Friday morning!

3. Math: Please finish math worksheet that we did in class today. If you already finished it or handed it in to me then this does not apply to you.

REMINDER: 3RD GRADE HAS GYM ON THURSDAYS. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR CHILD COMES TO SCHOOL IN THEIR GYM UNIFORMS AND BLACK/WHITE SNEAKERS.
