Reminders:
Monday, Dec.17, is the dress rehearsal for the Christmas show. Wear your gym uniform.
Wed., Dec. 19, is the Christmas show at 1pm and 7pm. Wear dress up clothes to
school. No jeans or sneakers. Children returning to the evening show are to meet
in the classroom at 6:30pm. When the show is over, one parent is asked to come
to the classroom on the second floor to take your child home.
Friday, Dec. 21, dismissal is 11:30. There are no afterschool or lunch programs.
Afterschool clubs are cancelled for the week of Dec. 17-21.

Welcome to the 3rd Grade
Dear Students,
It is with great pleasure that I welcome you to the 3rd Grade in September.
I have many exciting things planned and am looking forward to sharing your
3rd Grade experience with you.
For the first day of school, September 5, you will need the following items:
-your completed Summer Counts book
-a sturdy school bag - wheelies are o.k.
-a lunch box
-3 hard cover marble composition books
-1 (two pocket) folder, any design
-1 package blue erasable pens - put 2 in your pencil case and leave the rest home for future use
-1 package of pencils - put 4 in your pencil case and leave the rest home for future use
-a 12" ruler with both inches and centimeters
-a pencil case with 4 sharpened pencils, an eraser, 2 erasable blue pens and a glue stick
-in a plastic zip loc bag: a box of Crayola crayons and one set of Crayola broad washable
magic markers
-one box of facial tissues
-one roll of paper towels
